Rush Terms & Conditions

1.1 Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Rush express tunnel car wash services, facilities, and Rush Unlimited Club membership program. By entering the premises, using any Rush service, or enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1.2 Express Service Description

Rush operates an automated express tunnel car wash designed for speed, consistency, and high-volume operation. Services are intended for passenger vehicles, SUVs, and light trucks and include exterior washing, rinsing, drying, and optional add-on services as displayed on-site. Services are standardized and automated, and no manual detailing is provided unless explicitly stated.

1.3 Service Quality Commitment

Rush utilizes commercial-grade equipment, detergents, and operating procedures consistent with industry standards. Due to the automated and express nature of the service, results may vary based on vehicle condition, design, soil level, and environmental factors. Absolute or perfect results cannot be guaranteed.

2.1 Customer Assumes Risk

Use of Rush services is at the customer's own risk. To the extent permitted under Saudi law, Rush makes no guarantees regarding the post-service condition of any vehicle.

2.2 Pre-Existing Conditions

Rush shall not be responsible or liable for damage related to:

• Pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, or paint defects
• Vehicles with loose, damaged, or improperly secured parts
• Non-factory installed accessories, modifications, or aftermarket parts
• Vehicles over 7 years old or with original paint damage
• Antenna, spoilers, luggage racks, or other external accessories
• Convertible tops, sunroofs, or any open vehicle openings
• Cracked or damaged windshields or windows
• Any other items disclosed on posted signage or communicated by staff

2.3 Aftermarket Modifications and Protection Films

Rush shall not be liable for damage to or caused by:

• Aftermarket window tints (including bubbling, peeling, or discoloration)
• Paint Protection Films (PPF) (including lifting, bubbling, or edge damage)
• Vinyl wraps or decals
• Ceramic coatings or paint sealant
• Clear bras or other protective films
• Custom paint jobs or non-factory finishes
• Aftermarket body kits or aerodynamic packages
• Any third-party installations or modifications to the vehicle

2.4 Vehicle Safety Features Exclusion

Rush shall not be liable for damage caused by or associated with vehicle safety or electronic systems, including but not limited to:

• Automatic emergency braking systems
• Lane departure warning systems
• Collision avoidance systems
• Parking sensors and backup sensors
• Automatic parking systems
• Blind spot monitoring systems
• Forward collision warning systems
• Automatic transmission engagement
• Electronic parking brakes
• Any other active or passive safety systems

Customers acknowledge that such systems may activate during the wash process and accept responsibility for any resulting damage to the vehicle, equipment, or property.

2.5 Customer Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Removing or securing all loose items from exterior and interior
• Closing all windows, sunroofs, and convertible tops
• Retracting antennas and securing external accessories
• Disabling or placing the vehicle in the appropriate car wash mode, if applicable
• Informing staff of aftermarket modifications, tints, PPF, or protective coatings before service
• Informing staff of vehicle damage, modifications, or special safety features
• Following all posted instructions and staff directions

2.6 Prohibited Vehicles

The following vehicles may be refused service or serviced strictly at the owner's risk:

• Commercial vehicles, taxis, ride-share vehicles (Uber, Careem)
• Vehicles with excessive dirt, mud, or debris
• Vehicles with hazardous materials or strong odors
• Vehicles towing trailers or carrying roof cargo
• Emergency vehicles with active equipment
• Vehicles with newly installed tints (less than 7 days old)
• Vehicles with loose or improperly installed PPF or protective films

3.1 Camera System

Rush uses automated license plate recognition systems to identify vehicles, manage memberships, and control access to services.

3.2 License Plate Requirements

• License plates must be clearly visible and unobstructed
• GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) member country plates are accepted
• Saudi Arabian plates are fully supported
• Damaged, obscured, or non-standard plates may prevent recognition
• Manual processing may be used where system recognition fails

• Security and operational monitoring
• Billing, audit, and regulatory compliance
